Ingredients are all locally sourced; he explained each dish served; he asked us what we liked (everything) and didn’t (nothing); he is always learning, experimenting, and engaging his customers. Five friends and I spent several hours imbibing Koray’s hand-crafted cocktails, drinking suggested wines, and oohing and ahhing over each of the five courses. You choose meat or vegetarian options with suggestions from your knowledgeable server. I have been visiting the Aargau area of Switzerland for many years and never have had a more delectable fulfilling experience. I shall be back! ”

“ Niklas Schneider, whose fine dining concept was initially found at the "Grosser Alexander," piqued my interest when he eventually moved his culinary talent to "Paradies." As far as I know—and please correct me if I'm wrong—Niklas Schneider is the only chef in Baden to offer just two menus: one featuring exclusively vegetarian delicacies, and a second that focuses on fish or meat. Guests can choose between four and seven courses. We decided to explore both menus, accompanied by a carefully selected range of beverages. The dishes surprised us with their excellence, presented themselves as being made with first-class ingredients, and took us on a truly impressive culinary journey. The accompanying drinks, whether wine or a creatively reinterpreted Bloody Mary, harmonized perfectly with the culinary creations. Given the constant evolution of the menu, we're certain we'll be visiting Niklas Schneider again. I'm already looking forward to the delights of the next menu this gifted chef will present!
